I have had a terrific experience with Mike Nobles and the Kia Dealership in Tyler Texas.
My story begins 5 months ago in search of a Kia Soul Exclaim with the premium package. Oh, did I mention that I live in Phoenix, AZ? Since July I had contacted ALL the Kia dealerships here and told them what I was looking for. None had offered to "trade a dealership out of state to get one here".
November 28th, I decided to take matters into my own hands and search Nationwide. I found that Texas had them all. I started emailing dealers all over the Texas area. According to the inventory on their site there were none in stock. Mike Nobles called me on the phone and we discussed what I was looking for. I thought well what do I have to lose, just time and information.

Buyer says no to Mercedes and yes to KIA Soul: Remember I only have $25,000 to spend. My husband has been patiently waiting for me to get my 2012 Kia Soul Exclaim since July. I am fussy, and only wanted a 2012 Kia Soul Exclaim with the premium package.
On Sunday the 15th of December my husband tries to entice me to look at Mercedes (2008 C class private seller remember I only have $25,000 to spend) it was beautiful black on black 25,000 miles in perfect condition.
After saying no, he thought that maybe he could convince me to buy a Scion from Toyota after all it has a similar body style. After all they had some to sale on their lot. Unlike our Kia Dealership. So as a last ditch effort my sweet husband takes me to the local Kia dealership thinking that maybe he could convince me to buy something like a Sorento or Sportage.
I said no again and I am so glad I did, today I have my "perfect ride" because I waited. Thank you Mike Nobles for coming through with my car. Now we are both happy in Arizona!

I think the best asset Crown has is Jon Basilone. He explained everything about the Jetta-from the interior features on each model (from the base model to the TDI), to the safety features (including exactly how the safety features function in an accident, where each airbag was located, the thickness of the beams between the front and rear doors, etc.). He reacted to all of my questions with consideration and knowledge. He had an honest answer for everything I asked. He made everything so easy! Jon was absolutely amazing and I was and still am truly impressed!

We were very pleased with our experience at Crown Motors. Andrew Murphey(salesman) did a great job and treated us very respectfully and I was impressed with his knowledge of the VW Jetta. Also, Justin Watkins(business manager) was very cordial and down to business.
